Mega-tek Organized the Annual Sales Meeting
Conduct specialized training around product discussions and sales capability enhancement
1. Product Seminar
The pressure and temperature seminar officially began on March 8th, and the product manager demonstrated the samples to the attendees and explained the products by category. Faced with the strong interest of the attending members in the product, the product manager provided them with debugging skills training and gave a detailed explanation of our star product - MultiVariable Transmitter.



On March 9th, the level instrument seminar was held, where the product manager provided a principle analysis and basic theoretical training to increase everyone's understanding of the product. Moreover, experimental demonstration was carried out on site to simulate foam working condition, which was more clear.



On March 10th, the flowmeter seminar was held, introducing various flow meter products. The product manager conducted case studies, theoretical training, practical operation, on-site demonstrations, and other projects to clearly demonstrate the advantages of the product to everyone.

The product manager led the attending members to have close contact with the product production equipment and explained the equipment functions to the members. During this process, members take photos for retention and discuss the product with the product manager.



The product manager fully demonstrated the production process to the attending members, and on-site experiments provided everyone with a detailed understanding of the product.
2. Team Building Activities
After several days of product training, the company organized all participating employees to participate in exciting and interesting team building activities.





Everyone actively participated in and cooperated with each other in every activity, which enhanced team cohesion and strengthened the teamwork ability of every member of Mega-tek.
