The MG5600DP Series Differential Pressure Transmitter is mainly composed of personalized sensor components and central processing circuit modules: the personalized sensor components are mainly composed of corrosion-resistant flexible isolation diaphragms, sensor capsules, integrated high-pressure overload center diaphragm, filling oil, high-precision pressure sensors, high-resolution temperature sensors, sensor amplification circuits, personalized information processing, compensation, and personalized storage circuits.

Adopting an anti high pressure overload center diaphragm, when there is a sudden process change (pressure shock, frozen expansion pressurization) or misoperation of the 3-way manifold,   and the pressure in the high pressure chamber (H) or low pressure chamber (L) of the sensor diaphragm box exceeds the rated range pressure of the sensor, the pressure causes the high pressure overload center diaphragm to deform and closely adhere to the filling liquid pressure transmission channel port of the sensor diaphragm box, quickly cutting off the pressure transmission of the filling liquid, ensuring that the single crystal silicon chip of the sensor is not broken down or damaged, and playing a role in blocking high pressure shock and protecting the differential pressure sensor from damage. The minimum one-way overpressure of the sensor can reach more than 16MPa, improving the ultra-high overpressure performance, reliability and long-term stability of the sensor.            


Adopting advanced double beam suspended MEMS monocrystalline silicon pressure sensors and integrated anti high pressure overload center diaphragms, it has high stability, high precision, and ultra-high overvoltage performance;

The sensor capsule is embedded with pressure and temperature compensation, personalized information processing, and personalized storage circuits, enabling arbitrary interchangeability of circuit modules without the need for recalibration;

The circuit adopts redundant connections and a fully plug-in anti loosening module design, which is fast and convenient to install, safe and reliable;

The panel can simultaneously display pressure value, current value, percentage value, percentage rate bar, sensor capsule temperature, logo, and also display transmitter waveform curve parameters;

The display panel can adjust the display orientation within a 360 degree range and can be configured through the three buttons on the panel;

High reliability circuit module with overload (overcurrent and overvoltage) protection, lightning protection, and strong electromagnetic interference resistance;

High stability: Annual drift less than ± 0.05% FS, long-term drift less than ± 0.1% FS/10 years, long-term drift less than ± 0.2% FS/15 years;

Ultra wide measurement range: 100Pa~70MPa, up to 110MPa;

Micro range pressure transmitter with unidirectional overpressure up to 16MPa;

The integrated anti high pressure overload center diaphragm increases the unilateral overpressure of the differential pressure transmitter to a maximum of 40 MPa;

Ultra high temperature pressure measurement: With a unique ultra-high temperature manufacturing process, the remote sealing system transmitter can be applied to high temperature of 700 ℃.
