The MG8900 Series Non-Contact Radar Level Transmitter adopts advanced signal processing technology, derived from unique echo processing technology to provide intelligent echo processing process. Obtain measurement results with high repeatability, speed, and reliability. One feature of this series of Radar Transmitter is the automatic suppression of false echoes, and the echo processing technology can automatically detect and suppress false echoes from obstacles inside the container. This function can be achieved with at least two parameters through local interface or via HART and unique software communication. Realize non-contact and maintenance free measurement through radar measurement technology. Since the transmission of microwave signals does not require a medium, it is not affected by steam, pressure, dust, or temperature during the process.              


Stainless steel housing, dual-chamber explosion-proof isolation design, with lightning protection, anti-interference,

and anti misoperation isolation terminals;

Adopting a dual lens antenna structure to increase signal processing capability and enhance penetration ability, with an accurate measurement accuracy of ± 1mm;

The graphical Local User Interface (LUI) makes the operation simple and easy to understand, and the quick launch wizard enables plug and play settings. LUI displays echo maps for diagnostic purposes;

On site intelligent signal processing makes the measurement more stable, and the automatic false echo suppression function eliminates fixed interferences;

The antenna adopts a spherical integrated fully sealed antenna with anti hanging materials; Solid measurement configuration with dual blowing structure to solve measurement problems caused by adhesive hanging materials attached to antennas;

The LCD display can simultaneously display engineering units (level height), current values, percentage values, logo, as well as the transmitter's emission waveform and related parameters, reflection waveform and related parameters, facilitating on-site interference diagnosis of working conditions;

Both the Non-Contact Radar Transmitter and the Peripheral Display Instrument adopt a dual-chamber housing, with separate wiring and modules;

In addition to displaying data, the Peripheral Display Instrument can also debug any data with a distance of over

100 meters from the same module;

It can be remotely debugged and monitored through a mobile APP, and the effects of steam, pressure, dust, or temperature during certain harsh working conditions can be debugged remotely.
