MG8240 Series High-Temperature and High-Pressure Resistance Glass Plate Level Gauge is made of high-temperature,high-strength borosilicate glass and mica sealing material. The maximum working temperature can reach 716 ℉ (380 ℃), and the maximum working pressure can reach 160bar (16MPa). The level gauge is safe, reliable, structurally simple, and easy to maintain, with strong seismic and impact resistance. It is widely used in various transparent liquid level measurements of pressurized containers in industrial fields such as Petroleum, Vhemical, Power, Metallurgy, Environmental Protection, Marine Industry, Food and Beverage, and Machinery.              

The glass plate level gauge has a simple structure, intuitive reading, safety and reliability, and easy maintenance;

The main components are made of stainless steel and polytetrafluoroethylene plastic, which have good corrosion resistance;

Automatic sealing protection, when the glass is accidentally damaged, the steel ball automatically seals to prevent the liquid inside the container from splashing out;

Not affected by the following changes in working conditions, including medium bubbles and gas phase components;

The liquid level gauge is equipped with a steel ball in each of the upper and lower valves. When the glass tube suddenly breaks due to an accident, the steel ball can ensure automatic sealing under the pressure specified in 1.4b in the container, preventing the liquid in the container from spraying and continuing to flow out, to ensure personal and equipment safety;

The protective cover of the glass tube jacket protects the glass tube from collision and damage, and prevents glass fragments from splashing when the glass tube bursts. There is a sampling plug installed at the lower end of the liquid level gauge, which can be opened for sampling or to release the remaining liquid in the glass tube or clean the glass tube during maintenance.
