According to the throttling principle of fluid mechanics, when they flow through the nozzle in the pipeline, the flow velocity will locally contract at the nozzle, thereby accelerating the flow velocity and reducing the static pressure. A pressure drop occurs in front of and behind the nozzle, and the larger the flow rate of the medium, the greater the pressure difference generated in front of and behind the nozzle. Therefore, the magnitude of fluid flow can be measured by measuring the pressure difference.
