The external medium pressure is transmitted to the monocrystalline silicon chip of the pressure sensor through a flexible isolation diaphragm and filling liquid (silicone oil), and the other end of the pressure sensor is connected to the atmosphere (for gauge pressure measurement) or vacuum (for absolute pressure measurement).Under the action of pressure, the bridge of the monocrystalline silicon chip becomes unbalanced, and its resistance changes to output a differential voltage signal. This voltage signal is proportional to the detected pressure, and after being amplified by the sensor circuit, personalized information processing, temperature compensation, and personalized processing adjustment, it outputs a standard analog signal and a digital signal to the DCS system. Meet the requirement of arbitrary replacement of personalized sensor components and central processing circuit modules without the need for recalibration.
