Ultra high precision, ultra long stability


Intelligent digital processing technology, high-precision implementation based on the following aspects:


(1) High precision pressure sensors (differential pressure and absolute pressure accuracy of 0.04%), standard A-level temperature sensors;


(2) The pressure and temperature compensation algorithm of multidimensional matrix can achieve a matrix based temperature and pressure compensation function of up to 47 points (7 * 21=147 points). Through Mega tek's high-precision temperature and pressure compensation calibration system, accurate matching with sensors can be achieved at all temperatures and pressures;


(3) The wiring terminals designed for lightning protection and anti misconnection can effectively protect the motherboard;


(4) Adopting international trade measurement algorithms, water and steam algorithms refer to IAPWS-IF97, natural gas and single gas algorithms refer to AGA3, and compression coefficient calculations for natural gas and other hydrocarbon gases refer to AGA8;


(5) It has high and low alarm jumper and write protection functions, as well as error code prompt function. When a fault occurs, the fault can be quickly determined by looking at the error code in the header.


The output signal display is complete, clear and intuitive


(1) Standard configuration includes 4-20mA+HART+RS485, and users can choose the output signal according to their on-site needs;


(2) The header can display data such as instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, differential pressure, absolute pressure, fluid temperature, etc.

Matching multiple throttling devices, integrated installation

(1) Multi parameter transmitters can be equipped with various throttling components, supporting standard throttling components such as AGA3 orifice plate, ISO orifice plate, standard nozzle, standard Venturi, Ba class, V-cone, etc;

(2) Wide range ratio, up to 1:20, factory integrated installation and calibration, overall accuracy of 1%;

(3) The fluid types supported by multi parameter transmitters include water, water vapor, air, nitrogen, natural gas, etc. For special gases, only the gas components need to be provided.
